Please read and understand all policies before booking. These ensure the best experience for everyone.

Deposit Policy

✓A $25 deposit is required for services under $150
✓A $50 deposit is required for services $150 and over
✓Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total
✓Deposit must be sent via CashApp ($candycoutures) or Zelle (718) 974-0197 within 1 hour of booking
✓Your appointment is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received
✓Slots without deposits will be released after 1 hour

⏰

Cancellation & Rescheduling

✓Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice
✓Deposits transfer only one time to a rescheduled appointment
✓Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the deposit
✓No-shows forfeit the deposit and may result in being removed from future bookings
✓Late arrivals over 20 minutes may require rescheduling at stylist's discretion

Booking Rules

✓Minimum 4-hour notice required for all bookings
✓Open: Sunday – Thursday · 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
✓Friday: 8:00 AM – Sunset 🌅
✓Closed: Saturday only
✓Appointments available up to 90 days in advance
✓Same-day appointments (less than 4 hours notice) require manual approval + $30 rush fee

Hair Preparation

✓Arrive with clean, detangled hair (unless shampoo service is booked)
✓Hair should be free of heavy oils, grease, and product build-up
✓Excessive detangling required at appointment may incur an additional fee (starting at $15)
✓Clients may bring their own hair or request hair to be provided at an additional cost
✓Specify hair color and type when booking

Payment

✓Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment
✓We accept Cash, CashApp, and Zelle
✓Prices shown are starting prices — final price may vary based on hair length, density, complexity & customization
✓Additional charges apply for extra fullness, extra length, accessories, and premium add-ons

Photos & Privacy

✓Candy Couture may photograph completed styles for portfolio and social media
✓Please notify us before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed
✓Client information is kept strictly confidential and never shared
